Guess i got some bad news and reached for comfort eating - feel rubbish about it.

Rather than dwell on what you didn't do, just make sure to set a plan in place to react differently to stress next time. Drink plenty of water, re-commit to eating mostly healthy foods and you'll get right back on track!
