In September 2011, a report was released by Nielsen that showed Americans spent more than 53.5 billion minutes on Facebook in May. That's about 101,720 years! While we'd certainly recommend you spend a little less time in front of your computer screen, if you're going to be on Facebook anyway...you might as well make sure your newsfeed helps you get fit, stay motivated, and helps you stick to your diet! Here are some of our favorite Facebook pages we think you should "like":

Cassy Ho, the mastermind behind Blogilates, is quite possibly the happiest person you could ever like on Facebook. In addition to being a YouTube fitness guru, she's a Pilates & Group Exercise Instructor, designer of the mega-drool-worthy oGorgeous yoga bags, and the creator of POP Pilates! Cassy is a huge advocate for a healthy diet - working out and eating clean - and her blog and Facebook page have both become a fun community full of great ideas and videos that will help you get fit, eat healthy and lose weight. Cassy has also been featured as an expert in many of our Diet.com Fitness Videos check out a couple of them here and here!

Snack Girl, aka Lisa, is an avid snacker, foodie, published author, and mother of 2. Snack Girl's posts range from creative snack recipes that are both family friendly AND creative, product and restaurant reviews and great diet tips.
