I realized I put extra pounds because I used to drink juice.Juice has so much sugar that I gained pounds just in a week after consuming much juice.

I tried making smoothies instead of drinking juice.But last week I tried something different.I added honey to warm water and drank it as a juice after dinner.

One of the sites I searched up mentioned that honey water helps detoxification.It helps to loose weight and improve skin complexion.

I am glad I found a drink that would make my metabolism faster.Not feeling so guilty about skipping gym any more:)
