I think working out at home or at the gym both have there pro's & con's. I think in order for me to reach my goals at the end of every month I need to be in the gym at least 3 times a week. I could be wrong though. My personal trainer came down with the flu so that's another set back for me. So once again I'm back to solely relying on Diet.com to help me reach my goal by November & December. In order to gain a flat tummy I have to burn more calories then I eat,but I also have the goal of putting on 10 to 15 pounds. I have no idea how to focus on both. So I guess I'll focus on tummy and building muscle.Then I guess by mid November I can focus on both. It all depends I guess. UGH!!! (In My Charlie Brown voice). I'm still seeing very small changes so I won't complain yet. LOL Thanks for all the support.

@ 4:59pm ET on September 24, 2012 Definitely both have their pros and cons - the "at-home" workout wipes almost any excuses out of the picture. With all the workouts available in our Diet.com Fitness Videos, there's almost no way to say, "I didn't have time to workout." The "gym" workout allows you to use more types of equipment, and also offers you different classes you can take, to keep things interesting.

I like to mix and match gym workouts and at-home workouts. Just depends on what else is going on in my life!
