Holiday Drill - Operation Damage Control
I hope you had a great holiday. Now its time to get back on track! First thing is damage control. Follow my easy 1,2,3 plan.
First, start by burning those extra carbs and calories. Go for a walk or bike ride for 40 minutes. This will greatly benefit your body.
Second, Clean out the kitchen of all leftovers. Don't leave any tempting treats or snacks around for you to munch on.
Third, plan your meals for the week. I would recommend a low impact carb meal plan. This will burn those extra carbs in your system before they convert to fat.
Adapt these three suggestions and you will have coasted through the holiday with no weight gain. Next week we will begin our summer series "Get your head in the game".
