Between shopping and getting everything organized for the Holidays, things can get a little crazy. It will be more difficult to squeeze in your workouts. My suggestion to my clients is do whatever you can!! Here are a couple tips and a simple 30 minute workout to help you be stress free throughout the coming weeks!
- Take 30 minutes a day for you - to either do your strength training routine or a walk or cardio.
- Leave enough time each day to plan the next. Pack your gym bag, set aside your shoes and prepare meals ahead of time! Organization will help you plan for success!
Here is a very simple yet effective workout routine. Sometimes if you have too much on your plate you end up completely skipping it. If you can take a half hour a day, that will equal about 900 minutes of exercise that you wouldn't have done!
