Today marks a new week and new beinning. My plan for this week is as follows
Monday Walk 30 mins at lunch
Tuesday Nothing (work and school very tight schedule)
Wednesday Walk 30 mins at lunch
Thursday Go to the park and walk at least an hour after work
Friday Go to the park and walk at least an hour after work
Saturday Go to the park and walk at least an hour after work

I know that this is probably not the best food to eat but hears my meal plan
Oatmeal with cinnamon and brown sugar
Ramon for lunch
Probably a sandwich for dinner
snacks are usually special k bar, or veggie chips and the occasional cookie

my goal is to loose 2 lbs this week.

Sounds really good! And imo walks are really effective! Your meal plan also sounds totally ok, but to be honest I have no idea what is ''ramon''. :(
But about that sandwich, don't forget to choose dark rye bread, it's always better. :)

The plan is solid! The only thing that worries me is the Ramon, SO much salt!!! If you could bump that for tuna or something it would be better. I understand when it's what ya can do and ya gotta make it work. Been there done that! Best of luck this week, please let us know how it goes.

Very acheivable goal you have. My tip is to drink LOTS of water. If you think you are drinking enough--drink some more. And what is Ramon??
