A New Week Begins

One day at church a cousing of mine saide she was going to come and get me to start working at the gym. At first I didn't believe her because so many people said they were going to take me to the gym and never do. The next morning she called me and said I'm on my way to pick you up. Sure enough we are going to the gym on a regular basis. Right now because I have arthristis real bad in my hips and legs I'm only doing the eliptical and treadmill. Believe me the eliptical is no joke. I only did 10 minutes and could barely walk on top of doing 25 minutes on the treadmill.

well done : )I find weight work in the gym work too painful but I like the treadmill.
