This recipe is super easy, delicious and has some pretty healthy ingredients!

Ingredients:
Dry Ingredients:
  • Whey protein, 1 cup or 8 oz

  • Coconut Flour, 1/4 cup

  • Baking Soda, 1 tsp.

  • Baking Powder, 1 tsp.

  • Cinnamon, 1 tbs.

  • Dash of Salt

  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries

Wet Ingredients:
  • Vanilla, 2 tsp.

  • Eggs, 2 whole

  • Egg whites, 4

  • Bananas, 2 small ripe, mashed

Directions: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Combine your dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, omitting the fresh blueberries. Add the wet ingredients and mix. Add in the fresh blueberries and combine. Spray a muffin tin with olive oil spray. Fill the muffin cups about halfway full. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the tops are golden. Enjoy!
