Week 6 of getting your head in the game: Orientate your world AROUND these beliefs.
This is the best belief for you and I have patiently held it for last. The beliefs I wrote about are all foundational. They are the core of your beliefs that will blast you to a healthy and fit lifestyle. They must all become part of your truth. What you know is healthy for your mind and body. Naturally thin and fit people don't give these up without a fight. They make them a central part of their lives. They will make the rest of the world fit into their schedule. Not the other way around.
Chronic dieters are people pleasers. They will mean to make time to exercise or pack a healthy lunch. But as soon as peer pressure kicks in or a friend asks for a favor they change the entire plan. They accommodate the people and circumstances around them and they end up putting themselves last.
This cycle needs to end here. You are very special to me. Your health is important! Please make yourself a priority and let everyone work around you for a change!
