The biggest difference between naturally thin / fit people and chronic dieters is easy to miss. They both set goals. Chronic dieters strive to reach the goal. They are often successful! This is a big accomplishment, it truly is! The big difference is that the routine that helped them reach this goal stops there. Once the goal is reached they start to revert back into old habits.
Naturally thin / fit people reach their goal, but it is one of many. They immediately prepare for the next one. This is because their overall outcome is far greater than the one goal. For example if the outcome is optimal health and live an active lifestyle in your 90s, then there are a lot of goals to help you get there. You need to have a healthy body fat percentage, blood pressure, teeth, joints and weight. Your outcome is reached one goal at a time.
