Week 3 of getting your head in the game: Food is a Necessity.
Naturally thin and fit people view food as a requirement to sustain life. It is fuel for the body. Nothing more, nothing less. They eat because they have to. They hate feeling full or stuffed. They eat because their body tells them to.
Chronic dieters eat for entertainment, out of habit and to deal with feelings. They want a variety of foods. They spend a lot of time thinking about food. They want to eat based on what will excite their senses. It is a different driver from naturally thin people.
