Week 2 of getting your head in the game: The Weight Stays Off.
What you believe is true for you IS true for you! That means what I believe is true for me IS true for me! In other words, we each decide what is true for ourselves.
Naturally thin and fit people know their truth. They don't buy into what their peers or family tell them is true for them. This is in regards to their weight. For example, naturally fit people like to exercise. It is fun for them. They focus on the results, not the effort. When a friend tells them that it hurts to exercise they dismiss the thought immediately. Their truth is "no pain, no gain!" They see the results of their effort before they get there. Tone arms, flat tummy, it is all in their head, but they see it. This fuels them and becomes their truth.
A chronic dieter will focus on the sacrifice they are making. They will think about how they don't think they can stick with this program, how uncomfortable they are in the moment. This becomes their truth. They talk themselves out of it before they see results.
