Hi, I started today my diet and I had big brown chicken sandwich and I know it's not a good start, but what should I have for lunch and dinner . Thanks for advice

My favorite thing to eat for lunch is a turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with baby spinach, avocado, and tomato. I'll either have a very small amount of chips with it, or a handful of grapes or some carrots. I also have 1-2 glasses of water with every meal.

For dinners, I love making a BIG batch of lentils that I can eat with several meals throughout the upcoming week. It's so easy to do (lentils are WAY quicker to cook than rice), really produces a solid amount of food to eat, can be paired with SO many different foods, and ensures that you'll always have a high-protein dish on hand, ready-to-eat.
