So my hubby has an eight hour day today instead of eleven. He promised that when he gets in, he will go to the gym and add me to his membership. Yay, I can finally start working out. I told him what my goals were. I want that good definition on my arms and legs. And a need to do cardio to burn calories all around. He is going to help me with a good routine and then we will both do our own thing. I'm pretty pumped about it!

Eating hasn't been good. I haven't eaten much, though. Still trying to get my appetite back. Last night, we went for beers and Mexican food. I just drank beer and ate chips and queso. Nothing else sounded good. Not healthy. But today I think I will be able to eat actual food!

@ 5:30pm ET on July 20, 2012 Yay for the gym membership! Definitely use all of Diet.com's fitness resources to design workouts for yourself at the gym. I always look through our fitness videos and our Exercise demos before I go to the gym, and make a mental list of things that I want to do in my workout. We have over 500 videos, so there's such a great opportunity to always change up your routine and keep things exciting!
