After being in a weight loss slump and being bogged down with work...I am finally losing weight. I am tracking what I eat and going to the gym very frequently! I can see my goal insight and I will get there this time!

@ 2:44pm ET on September 18, 2012 YAHOO!!!!!!!!! So great to hear! I'd love to hear about what you're eating (esp what you're ENJOYING eating), as well as what sorts of things you've been doing at the gym. I love hearing about our members' workouts - I feel like we're always giving each other great ideas :)

Hope your week is going well!
@ 10:48pm ET on September 18, 2012 I was always active and went to the gym. The weight loss finally clicked when I realized that I had to get real about the diet. I eat healthy, but I had to admit that I ate more than I should. I just started tracking what I eat and cut back on portion size. I eat a lot of fruits and veggies--you can never have too many them, and I cut back on my beloved sweets. I will treat myself with a sweet if I have had a good day. Of course, sometimes you need to treat yourself, so I do. I accept it and work extra hard at the gym. When I exercise, I do all sorts of things. My current routines are yoga classes, zumba classes, eliptical and weight lifting. I walk at work with some friends too!

I hope to keep losing at this rate until I reach my goal!
@ 4:42pm ET on September 20, 2012 You sound like you're doing so well!! I find that once I cut back on sweets, I don't crave them as much anymore. And I am with you on them being "beloved sweets" - I used to require a bowl of ice cream after dinner almost every night. I sort of unintentionally stopped eating it every night, and then it just became less and less frequent that I was eating it. Now I hardly ever think about it anymore!

Your workouts sound great - lots of variety! Good for you - keep up the great work!
