With the holiday over and the kids back in school it time to start thinking about getting back to a routine. Our summer was so crazy and we ate so late. I am trying to break those bad habbits and get back to my pre summer workouts and healthy eating. I am starting my morning with raisin bran and water and fruit for a morning snack. I hope this week everything starts to fall back into place. I hate feeling fat.
