My fight against the unwanted lbs

So I didn't get to the gym yesterday because my endometriosis was acting up and I couldn't do much more than lie on the sofa with a hot water bottle on my stomach. But I stayed away from candy! I really wanted to eat chocolate but I didn't. Proud :)
Today I went to the farmers market and bought a lot of veggies. I have planned to chop them up tomorrow and pack in sealed bags so I easily can mix me up some salad to bring to work for lunch. So I have different kinds of lettuce, cauliflower, radishes, blueberries, carrots, cucumber, apples, bell pepper and broccoli to use. I know my stomach will be glad. And maybe my skin as well - I've stated to get really bad skin and I thinks it's just trying to get rid of all the nasty stuff I've been eating lately.
