I recently had the pleasure of meeting with Amy Applebaum, life coach, media personality, developer of Bootcamp For Your Mind, and author of the new ebook 6 Simple Steps to Solving All Your Problems. Forever.

Her Bootcamp program is based on her 6 Steps, and is an action-oriented solution that helps you get to the root cause of your problems.

It's an approach that is in line with the message I taught to over two million members at the online diet company I helped launch back in 1996!

Amy sums up weight loss success in the following 5-step mini bootcamp.

1. Weight is the Symptom of an Underlying Problem

Many people experience trouble losing weight because they see their “weight” as their actual problem. (For example, “I’m too fat!” or “I’m out of shape!”) In most cases it isn’t. It’s just a symptom of the root problem.

@ 1:09am ET on August 1, 2009 I feel AWESOME now that I have lost over twenty five pounds and toned up my body. I follow two simple rules. I work out in the mornings on an empty stomach and take all natural Acai-eez. Acai-eez suppresses my appetite, increases my metabolism and gives me a natural energy boost that lasts all day. Acai-eez NEVER auto bills or auto ships like most acai berry companies so I know that I can order without having to worry. They offer a buy 3 get 1 free special at http://www.acai-eez.com . Thanks to Acai-eez I was able to lose weight and keep it off and I feel amazing.
