Today, Toronto Star staff reporter Vinay Manon talked to A.J. Jacobs, the author of the new book, Drop Dead Healthy: One Man's Humble Quest for Bodily Perfection. Jacobs spent two years trying to follow all the advice out there on how to get physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually healthy. He chronicled his journey, which should make him financially healthy too.

Jacobs tried to incorporate the findings of every scientific study he could find on how to improve your health into his daily life. He even wrote his book on a treadmill.
A.J. Jacobs is the same guy who wrote The Year of Living Biblically, for which he followed all the instructions in the Bible he could find (except for slaying people, I think) and he read the entire Encyclopedia Britannica for another book (The Know It All). Wonder what's next.
