As we proceed with this series, it is important to clarify how your mind works.
You have a Conscious Mind. It is judgmental, cross referencing what is occurring. It asks, "What is happening? What does it mean to me?" It filters information, questioning motives and is always on guard. Making a change on the conscious level requires will power and repetition. It is limited in what it can focus on.
You also have a Subconscious Mind. It is creative and non-judgmental. It blindly follows the program established and it is very cooperative. The primary function of subconscious mind is to protect you and keep you alive. Change is effortless when based on values. It is aware of millions of things going on around you.
