Designing a life that reflects what you value and honors your health doesn't have to be hard. We make it harder than it needs to be. I believe this is because we allow others and society to define success. When you decide to redefine success on your terms, everything changes. This week, I would like you to look within and ask yourself, what does success mean for you? Don't redefine it yet, first we want to uncover what measuring stick you have been subconsciously using.
Define success for each area of your life that you assessed. For example in the area of Health, when you stop and think about it you realize that success might mean weighing 20 pounds less, eating no red meat, exercising or not having high blood pressure. Do not judge what you list as success, just jot it down. It will often surprise you what comes to mind with this exercise. We are looking for your subconscious program here. It may or may not make sense to you.
