I hope everyone is having a great Monday - did you have a nice weekend? I did a great deal of relaxing this weekend, but I also did a lot of swimming. I also bought a fun inflatable football which I got to toss around at the beach with my boyfriend. What'd you get into this weekend?
Well you know I like to share diet and fitness news with you all, so I thought you might be curious to know about a new diet I read about today.
