Create a Better Body Workout Series! (watch the video below)
I just got the word from Diet.com that our latest workout video series is set to be released. The cool thing is that I have the first video for you to check out today!
What I plan to do over the next 4-6 weeks is take you through
short, yet super-effective workouts where you progress up in
exercise difficulty each week. These fitness videos are aimed at
helping YOU create a better body without all the complicated
workout jargon or silly exercises you see in magazines...
So whether you're are a true beginner or someone who knows their
way around the gym you're sure to enjoy adding these workouts to
your fat burning programs.
Here's what your 1st week's workout looks like in action:Week 1: (2-3 sets using a challenging weight)
Exercise #1: Dumbbell shoulder press x 15 repetitions
Exercise #2: Dumbbell split lunge x 15 repetitions on each side
Exercise #3: Crunches with your legs raised at a right angle x 20 repetitions
