I thought about it today and how I hadn't been on here in a while. The past few weeks adjusting back to school have been insane! I've even been slacking with going to the gym lately. But I'm making it a personal aim to go to the gym every day this week. My weight and waist size haven't really changed much since I took the measurements when school first started. Soooo we'll see.

I haven't really cooked much at home lately. I got behind in my dishes and haven't had the time nor the energy to clean them. I've gotten around to most of them this past weekend so I'll be able to cook more ha ha But needless to say I've eaten more food out or delivery recently than I probably should have.

On a fun note, I went clothes shopping with my friend Tyler a few days ago at Old Navy and I found a guy's tshirt there with Star Wars on it. I really wanted it. I picked up the medium and held it to me and it was HUGE. So I grabbed a small and tried it on in the dressing room and even it is huge. But, I got it. I'm wearing it now actually. It's so comfy and soft ha ha And I mean... come on... STAR WARS! But it's really cool to actually wear a shirt that's a size small... even though I know in my head that it's a guy's size so it's actually more like a medium or a large for women ha ha

Anyway I'm gonna get going, but I just wanted to pop on here and say hello! Hope everyone else is doing well!

Getting back into the swing of things in the fall time is an issue for LOTS of people - even those who aren't in school! Just keep in mind how much better you feel about yourself and your program/progress when you're cooking for yourself and eating healthy! It's a good way to remind yourself of those priorities.
