I have found a fantastic salad that I've started making a lot and I think you guys are going to love it.

Here is the recipe:

  • 1 1/2 c. Baby Spinach Leaves

  • Handful of Craisins (found in produce area)

  • Handful of Glazed Pecans (Emerald's brand can be found in the produce area)

  • 1/4 c. Chopped Red Onion

  • Little bit of Blue Cheese Crumbles

  • Top with a little Light Raspberry Walnut dressing and enjoy! This has loads of flavor and is SUPER easy to throw together.

Great receipe! I discovered adding Craisins and sliced almonds on my salads and all I can say is yum! For an added healthy heart benefit sprinkle with some flaxseeds too.

That does sound fabulous! I just recently had a salad at the Sierra Grille that I loved. It was baby spinach tossed lightly in a reduced balsamic vinegrette with a few finely sliced artichoke hearts, and sprinkled lightly with goat cheese! omg it was amazing! I'll have to try yours! sounds yum
