Hello, everybody! I'm kinda new at this blog thing, but I figured I'd give it a shot. I am going into my sophomore year of college, which is exciting and nerve-racking. This is going to sound strange, but I am healthier at school than I am at home. I would love suggestions about how to be healthier at home without a gym, and without providing my own food. Help would be great!

@ 2:08pm ET on July 20, 2012 What kind of space do you have for working out at home? There are tons of different work out videos that I love. If you have anything like Netflix, they have stuff, too. Some of it is dorky, but def fun and gets you moving. And what kind of options do you have in the cafeteria?
@ 4:20pm ET on July 20, 2012 I have my basement that I can probably use, and Netflix on the tv. I didn't know they had that sort of stuff on Netflix, that's really cool! I have a kind of retail points deal, so I have salads I can get, sandwiches, some healthier stuff. There's also unhealthy stuff available, and I'm trying to stay away from that.
