My husband bought Jillian Michaels' 30 day shred and we decided to give it a try last night. OMG! It's got 3 levels (I'm assuming you move up a level every 10 days) and I thought I was going to die just on level 1! It's only 20 min. mind you, and before we started I was like that's not much because I usually work out 45 min- 1 hour. Well, this short (although it felt sooo looonnngggg) 20-minute workout was not easy at ALL! It's meant to replace "hours" at the gym, and it sure feels like it does! It was a lot of standing up and doing stuff, then getting down on the ground, up and down, etc. Even though it scares me and I'm sore all over today, I will continue doing it & hopefully I can still walk tomorrow! Man, am I ever out of shape?!
