@ 10:29am ET on December 15, 2008 I LOVE peppermint mochas and bought the Vitasoy Peppermint Chocolate Organic Soy Beverage when I spotted it on shelves. Not a big milk drinker myself, I love heating this up and sipping before bed. It's a great dessert and keeps me from mindless late night snacking!
