I have been working out at least 4 days a week and I make sure I give my 100% but I don't seem to be yeilding any results. I have not lost any weight, my clothes don't fit any differently, the only change I see is more definition in my legs and I feel better. But it's irritating to put in so much effort and not get any results.

I know it's going to be a while before I see the results that I want but a little something would be awesome.

I'm not going to give up though! I am going to be taking 2 classes this semester that will require some athletic ability and I don't want to be the only person in there out of shape. I have 29 days before my first class, so I'm hoping to feel and see some better results by then. I've stepped up my intensity and increased the amount of time I'm at the gym, so hopefully that will help too!

@ 8:41pm ET on July 29, 2012 Seeing definition is a great feeling! I know in the past I have focused to much on the scale or clothes that I bypassed seeing muscle again. Keep your head up and don't give up!!
@ 9:58am ET on July 30, 2012 Just focus on eating right and burning the calories you put in. You will see the definition from you strength workouts but its harder with cardio. Goodluck and I believe that if you dont eat after 7pm and eat oatmeal or a whole wheat breakfast you will see results.
