Cynthia's Workout Plan
Well, I know it's been awhile since I've been able to post anything. Its been busy at work. Anyway here is the latest update. When I went to my doctor on 5/15; I found out that I had lost 23lbs since my last visit. I continued with the Thintervention process even after it was over. I am trying to get back to what I was doing before thintervention. So, I have continue to walk when I get the chance, just not as often due the severe weather conditons. I have taken Yoga and it is good for relieving stress; been doing that for about a month, I've only missed 2 classes. All in all I just need to get a set routine and stick with it.
