I have been through a MAJOR weight gain lately.
I lose 40 pounds on a fad diet and regain it ALL back in just a matter of 3 months.
I feel like a failure and I ended up binge eating.
I am on my way back.
This is my journey and I will get back on track.
I've got enough of fad diets and I will do it the healthy way.
I believe when there is a will, there is a way :)

I agree. Diets don't work. It's been proven over and over again. Only means to change the body in the long run is "lifestycle" change. re: Better eating (which isn't eating less of the same junk foods) and better exercise (which isn't the more amount of same repeated exercise).

For a really great under $15 book about "better eating" and what specific food groups to avoid (like battery acid), I highly remcommend Raymond Francis - "Never be fat Again" book. re:

Like some folks say... If doing the same thing (like diets) isn't working anymore, then do something different. Think outside the box and apply lifestyle changes instead.
