You have accomplished so much this spring. While our series is almost complete, your journey has just begun. You want to keep the momentum going. It is an ongoing process, being fit and healthy. That is why I am encouraging you to find a support network.
Be accountable to someone. Ask your friends and family to hold you accountable. Tell them what you are doing. Invite them to call you on it if you start to make excuses. For example if you follow me on Facebook. I check into the gym every time I go. This is one way I am held accountable. I have told people I am going to the gym and by checking in, they can see I did.
