I'm a week into my Insanity program and I feel so motivated and such a sense of accomplishment! It's definitely the hardest workout I've ever done and I push and challenge myself to do it, even when I think I can't. Every part of my body aches, but today is my rest day and it's not as bad. I feel like I'm getting stronger and have more endurance. I think I've lost 2 pounds this week...only about 8 more pounds until I'm in "onederland", which I haven't been in for probably 2 years. I can't wait to see how I look and feel at the end of the 63 days!
Honestly, when my husband suggested trying it, I really didn't think I could do it and was seriously scared out of my mind the first day. I kept thinking "what if I can't do it?" And you know what? I was surprised at what I could push myself to do, but the reality of it is, the people on that video are a lot more in shape than I am, so even if I can't do everything they can, I've learned to modify and keep going! I won't give up this time! ~Sara :o)
