It's been a good day! Yesterday I went for my first run in a really long time and couldn't do more than two minutes continuous running. Today I went to the gym and got it up to six minutes proper running. Plan to keep beating personal best. Really excited to get into this at a gradual, committed pace.
Eaten healthily, done some weight training and achieved everything else I needed to today. Feels very balanced. Let's hope I can keep it up!
