I took the week cleanse, now taking the fat burner and probiotic replenishment. But, the fat burner has caffeine in it, which I was told to lay off of. Plus once in a while I had a iced tea, but not drinking anywhere near the caffeine I used to. The pills seem to be helping. They give me energy, I'm just not going to take the suggested four a day, instead I'm just sticking to two a day so I don't get too much caffeine. So far I've been feeling energetic, I worked out a little today. Now it's healthy dinner time and some relaxation and homework.
