Fat loss results without the gym. Yes, you don't need the gym to achieve your weight loss goals. Yes, the gym is one of my favorite places to work out, I'm not trying to give it a bad name, but some days you just don't have the time to drive to the gym, there's just too much to do. You know these days, the ones that you are SO busy you barely have time to breathe. These are usually the days that we would skip the gym because we feel like we just don't have the time. However, you don't have to go to the gym to get a solid workout in. You can get a great fat burning workout in your own home - no weights required.
Body weight workouts are the answer. How?
- With no weights required you can do these workouts anywhere anytime; right from your own home, while watching TV, folding laundry, making dinner, or doing homework.
- Bodyweight workouts target every muscle group – toning each muscle and helping to increase your metabolism.
- They don't take very long. If you don't have a lot of time to commit to working out – no problem! If you only have five minutes for your workout, just increase the rate of your exercises and decrease the amount of rest you have. This is beneficial in SO many ways – it ensures you didn't miss your workout, increases your heart rate, increases your metabolism and therefore increases your weight loss!
What are some body weight exercises?
I'll give you a quick set to do right now, as soon as you finish reading to ensure you start losing weight right away!
Jump Squats - 3 sets of 15 reps
Pushups – 3 sets of 10 reps
Lunges – 3 sets of 15 reps
Plank – 3 sets, hold for 1 minute
