I haven't kept up with this as much as of late, especially this past semester. But I'm really going to try and keep up with it this time. No eating after 10pm. We'll see if this helps me catch back up with my weight loss.

My soreness is starting to go away a little more. Which is a comfort. It still hurts to sit down and stand up sometimes, but not nearly as bad. I also noticed today during my 30 day shred workout that I was able to keep up better. I might be able to switch over to the 2nd level of workout sooner than I thought, but we'll see. I don't want to rush into it and get hurt or anything.

Anywho I'm going to hit the bed soon. I just had a great night hanging out with an awesome friend playing MarioKart and watching Phantom of the Opera ha ha

It's great that you're feeling progress with the Shred! It's sooo gratifying to be able to feel that you're progressing, isn't it?? Keep up the great work!

Try out some of these yoga, Pilates and stretching videos after your workouts - a good stretch might really help with the soreness!
