The never ending story

You know it seems unfair that you can put 10 pounds on in 2 weeks and loose 10 pounds in 2 months. I know my problem once again, its that extra full feeling when I eat thinking that it
gives me satisfaction to have a sore belly, to know that the plate is empty and no left overs for the next day. WRONG! For the past week , i have stopped eating when that first full feeling is there, walked away from the table and not look back. Ive been back at walking , boy that feels good.I think I forgot "that" feeling. And you know what, I have lost 1.5 pounds because of it. Now that feels great.
Having a pear is just as satisfying as having a chocolate bar when I think I need to have something full of sugar. I hate strawberries , but they even taste good.That I am trying very hard to like. Now that I am back on track, lets see if its 2 months to loose 10 pounds or 2 weeks.
