I've said it before and I'll say it again: Going on severe calorie restricted diets is NOT the way to thin out your waist line (in the long run it will actually make you fatter). What I suggest is eliminating processed flours, sugars, and most inflammatory grain based foods.
I also do recommend eating more healthy fats like avocados, omega-3's from fish, and adding in more spices like cinnamon and turmeric (think curry and mustard) to increase your body's fat burning ability.
2. Do Total Body Resistance Based Workouts
