Flat Stomach Workout + Diet Blog

This week I want to show you one of my favorite exercises, that you can add to your flat stomach workout, to help you tighten and tone your arms.

No one wants flabby arms. Flabby arms are caused by having weak and un-worked triceps. In order to work your triceps you need to isolate the muscles and do exercises that focus specifically on this area. This week's flat stomach exercise is the Skull Crusher.

Adding the Skull Crusher to your workout will not only help you strengthen your triceps but it will help prevent injury. Take a look at the video below to ensure you follow the proper form and technique, then you'll be on your way to a tight toned arm that will look good in any tank top, sleeveless dress, or t-shirt!
