breakfast porridge and coffee 300, snack 200, lunchporridge 200, tea soup 200 banana 100, hot chocolate,50 this is less than normal because i going out for tea friday i wont over do it but want to know i got the spare calories and i plan the same for thursday i will let you know how i get on ..........
