A New Year, a New Sara!

Snack day on Friday was killer and I went waaaaay overboard on sweets. There were sooooo many of them...my weakness. I should've had an itty bitty bit and STOPPED there. Did I? Heck no! Not only that, but I continued on during the weekend. Then, my trick of Halloween came...that time of month! I was hesitant to get on the scale this morning (even more afraid yesterday so didn't), and was shocked to see that I was down .2 pounds from last Tues. which means I'm probably even less than that since I usually gain 2-3 pounds during that time of month! Horray! I am back on track and staying that way! ~Sara :o)

@ 9:33am ET on November 4, 2009 Confession is good for the soul, so I've been told. So now not only are you losing the pounds, your losing the heaviness of quilt. So keep pushing and don't worry about that little blunder. ~
