I think one of the biggest reasons that people give up on exercising is because they stop seeing results. Or worse, they never get any in the first place!

Today, I want to virtually guarantee that you will see results in just a few short weeks if you include any of these 5 powerful instant metabolic boosters.

These methods are scientifically proven to boost your metabolism and provide you with an immediate spike in your fat burning potential. Without getting all scientific on you I’ll cut right to the chase and list out 5 of my metabolic boosters.

1. INTERVAL TRAINING BURSTS

So that I could learn to trick the metabolism.

I especially like the interval thrusting by bringing the heart rate up to a certain level and keeping it there, then bringing it down & up again. I do this by changing the rhythm from Merengue to Cumbia, then slow it down to a Salsa or Belly Dance, then back up with a Reggaeton that includes a few twisting knee lifts.
