@ 12:35pm ET on April 11, 2007 I've never had an enema myself but Scottish diet guru Gillian McKeith almost always has her clients go for colonic irrigation before starting on her plan. I haven't had that done either, but it seems to be fairly popular in the UK...my salon offers it. Also, I dated a guy who had Crohn's Disease and had to have regular enemas before doctor's appointments...don't suppose your roommate dealt with that? I know a lot of people are kind of embarrassed by having it and don't like to admit it or talk about unless they have to do so. (I don't think they should be, but a lot of people are embarrassed by things that wouldn't bother me, and I'm not in their shoes so I shouldn't talk!)
@ 7:13pm ET on April 11, 2007 Sounds pretty gross
