| Got a craving for something sweet but don't want the guilt? You gotta try the Smart One desserts available in the frozen food section of your grocery store. I have a huge sweet tooth and this does the trick for 150 calories or less. Give 'em a try! |

Those are really yummy and a good suggestion if you can just eat one and not both. Too bad they didn't come in singles so you could just buy one and have less temptation.

The desserts are actually the only SmartOnes product that I like. I thought the dinners were terrible.
