| Hello! I was wondering if anyone has used this supplement? It is a fiber that when taken expands in the stomach and makes you feel full. I am considering going to the health food store today and give it a try. Anyone with experience with this product, I would greatly appreciate your input. Thanks!! |

Never heard of it. Eating high fiber foods will have the same effect in filling you up, that would be healthier for you!
