So here's a quick and yummy smoothie for you guys

I used:
1/4 cup fresh cherries ( well they were FROZEN fresh lol )
1/4 cup strawberries ( same as above)
1 cup vanilla low fat yogurt
1/2 cup milk

Put them in my smoothie maker ( works with regular blenders)
And about 1 min later i was enjoying an 8 oz yummy treat for my breakfast.

It was about 4 grams of fat ( yogurt and milk b/c i use 1 percent)
And 200 calories and i feel full!

Your welcome. I love fruit period esp fresh fruit. And its so much better to make it yourself then going to one of those places that fix them for you b/c there's so much more sugar and unhealthy stuff in what they put in them. Ill be experimenting with different ones over the next few weeks lol

I love smoothies! I can't find frozen cherries anywhere, they would be so good in my smoothies! Laughing

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Enjoy this smoothie as a mid-morning snack or before you work out for a boost of protein, dietary fat, and fiber.
