| Ok, here's the deal. I used to be an avid gym attender. Now I'm an avid excuse maker. I know no one can make me get fit again, but I sure would like someone to chat with and keep me accountable. I need to get excited about fitness again! |

Why aren't you excited? What's holding you back? Why don't you deserve to be fit and healthy? Answer those questions and maybe you will find the way back to the gym. You deserve to be the best you, that you can be!

When I work out I feel proud of myself and it makes me happy. When I don't work out I feel bad and think about it all day long: why didn't I work out, maybe I should , no I don't feel like it. I just go back and forth with it. So now I just do it without questioning whether I should because I know what not doing it will lead to. Think about how good about it you'll feel afterward. Noone ever says gee, I shouln't of did that work out. But they do say darn, I wish I had worked out today. Don't give yourself a choice, and it will become a habit that you don't question.

| Oh I know. I know. I need to just do it. I excuse my excuses by making plans to do it tomorrow or next week. Thanks for the advice! |

Make an appointment with yourself to go to the gym, right now.
Get out your gym bag and load it up, right now.
Plan the time when you need to leave the house (or wherever) to be at the gym for your appointment. And remember you must be on time!
Ready, set, no excuse, go to the gym.

My problem is that I feel so tired that I don't want to do anything half the time. I KNOW though that if i just did it I would feel more energized, but it's hard to get myself there..lol. I am working hard on it though. It's a struggle some days.
Don't think you can. KNOW YOU CAN! |

Even ten minutes can make a difference. Workout for ten minutes twice a day to start. Run up and down stairs, jog in place, walk out side, do those sit-ups and push-ups. It will motivate you to do more when you see it really isn't that bad!

Work out, be happy, and increase the endorphins to your brain. Its like natural morphine, you will feel high on your own healthy habits. Go for it!!
