Hi all im a young mum of a 3yr old and almost 2yr old, i used to walk everywhere eat great and have tonnes of motivation and energy where i would do Pilates and Zumba every day. Now i have no energy and no motivation, i will say to myself i can do this i want to look great but the next day it doesn't change. pre pregnancy i was an 8 and was a small 10 a little less then a year ago but now im between a 10 and 12 i feel Blah!. How do use get motivation? Is there maby some good shakes out there or something to boost my energy! I really want to work on my stomach and my thighs.
